Technology Support Department (hereafter referred to as TSD) is the core technology department of Feilang Technology Ltd.
By sharing part of our high end professional equipments, we try to meet the demand of each maintenance station within Feilang’s network for resources of this kind. Besides, we integrate the senior technical engineers and the hardware resources to set up a strong technical service center in Feilang, acting as the brain-tank of the company to solve all kinds of technical problems for our customers.
Headed by Mr. Yao Yuling, vice-general manager, the thirteen outstanding technical staff members of TSD are to give work support on tricky maintenance and repair in the company service network, including technique, drawings and fittings support, etc, which has given a high guarantee on timely maintenance and improved customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, TSD collects and saves all kinds of materials that technicians needs through various forms, and send them to the technicians all over the maintenance stations within the network in time, so as to ensure that each engineer of our company is well informed of the latest development of science and technology, as well as to meet the needs of our customers.
